Well, if she hates patent cases, to whom might she show bias against, VPLM BRINGING THE PATENT CASES, or appl et al? No way am I trained in law, but this alone would seem to be grounds for appeal!?

Koh was never the right Judge for this trial. She has zero patience or desire to try these cases.
