I would love a new Ferrari too. Investors in new PO will get what they get after the GSE's have been back in control of the BOD, who will be looking to maximize share value with that control. Not like it is now. The capital standards will be out any day now. Perhaps minimum standards for release from c-ship and turnover back to GSE's to raise capital will be forthcoming from FHFA too.
