I love this news, but am very confused. CBD is still prohibited in food product. There was national legislation put forward last week to study CDB in food, not to approve it in food product, but to study the benefits. My understanding is that we are still a ways off from CBD in food product. Does anyone have more insight on the topic? I know NYC recently put out a notice to any business adding CBD to food that it is not legal. I think it is seldom enforced at the local level, say in a coffee shop.
This relationship will set us up for great success when food is approved, but I am trying to determine what it means for us today?
