The preferred are more than likely going to be used to execute merger/acquisition.

My guess is any shares used for that will be restricted. They won’t be added to the float for atleast a year if it plays out that way.

We should find out soon.keep in mind this is is 750mill of which 350mill are insiders. The os is 350mill. This one will get to a penny quickly with a merger or acquisition.
