#35859 RE: Macod #35855

It was definitely a bold move to target the big boys first, The fact that it worked makes sales going forward that much easier. The other thing is that all these hospitals are part of larger groups. Mt Sinai is all over the country and facilities in Canada as well. The New York-Presbyterian Group would require 55 units to fit all there facilities and they have already stated the intention to put this in the core 13 hospitals. I would assume the specialty and nursing homes would be included as well. More than likely existing contracts with other systems will pace the installations.

The next targets are likely going to be in Ohio as they have established a distributer and there are some huge healthcare conglomerates consisting of multiple hospital groups. Cleveland Clinic is part of one of those groups and like Columbia, they are frontrunners and heavy in research.

As far as meeting demand they look to have produced and set aside enough to reach profitability. From the 10-Q, there is $151,719 worth of equipment being leased and $358,760 worth not yet in use. Gary said there were 10 units in use so it looks like over 20 units on stand by.

I really think they are about to pull a rabbit out of the hat. The way they definitively ended negotiations with Ontario, the designation of both B and C preferred, clearing all defaulted and current debt, the open CEO position, and staring up the inventer relations company.

Something is coming!
