The Supreme Court is the reason Patent Trolls can't keep filing their frivolous cases in Texas. Instead the cases have to be filed districts where the defendants are incorporated or do business, and most have left Texas for this exact reason.

Seriously, this is crazy. This recent action by KOH is EXPECTED, i dont think anyone thought she was not going to dismiss this case (Im not sure why she let it go beyond the initial stage though).

This is what the federal court of appeals is for.

Its funny she had to wait for VP to make one little slip before she could throw this case out, they didnt submit their supplemental argument within 7 days.

The appeals court will do us well, also we have the director of the USPTO standing up on our behalf!!!
