No, as none of those entities authorized the 40 Billion AS, nor did they issue 36 Billion shares, nor did they authorize the removal of the restricted legend on 17 Billion shares, nor did they sell 17 Billion into the market...lol... only Lumb using his puppets of Lowenstall and Blom.
