GNCP - CDEL has an issue.

By valuing the assets high the affiliates got two ends.

1. They had headlines for news releases for GNCP to release.

2. They were able to claim revenue (although against accounting rules and common sense) which was instrumental in the attorneys claim that GNCP was not a shell.

When they had to value them for filings they used the more reasonable figures.
