Whenever you see Dark/Defunct, always Check under 'Disclosure' to see if the company has filed form 15. If you do see a 'form 15' under the 'Disclosure' tab; it means the company is protected from getting suspended by the SEC. In the case of PTAH, I do not see it! so I'd say your concern is legitimate to some extent and there is that risk attached. imo
