Luckydd, my friend. I have information that I cannot share, other than to say the State of registration does not play any part. I am somewhat confident that the entity that has purchased many tens of millions of shares in the last few months might have a plan to regenerate MDGC. IVS dropped MDGC, but someone else has picked it up. I am somewhat excited that MDGC will become quite active soon. (Just my opinion). Scotch (I recently purchased 2 million shares). Good luck.
