Aitkenresearch, TPL management is moving too slow. Any changes in corporate structure may have to be voted on. That too may take time. I lost confidence in management for many reasons...once you lose trust it has to be earned back. I really don't believe that they would care about that. Actually, I would prefer TPL be sold off to prevent the BOZO's from continuing their damage. My hope is that a sharp attorney sues the incumbent trustees for breach of fiduciary responsibility... not for any monetary damages...just to get rid of them. Imagine if you were a trustee and you insulted the shareholders who are the actual owners of the trust. Do you understand how stupid that is!?!? Instead of mediating a solution they sued them. My sincerest hope is that the favor is returned in spades.
