Anything is possible... time will tell. I do find it interesting that given the litigation and the lack on any filings submitted that nphc is still allowed to trade. Reviewing some other sec enforcement actions, they have been stopped for far less. Why would that be? Obviously they must not consider this to be an immediate threat to investors. I see where nphc counsel is being sent to appear in New York... it would nice if this moved at a quicker pace!
