That’s a coincidence, my Dad is an MBA in insurance as well.

It makes perfect sense that liability insurance doesn’t cover FRAUD.

SInce the ruling goes beyond company / directors / officers regarding misrepresentations, and widens the group who can be held responsible for these misrepresentations, it remains to be seen if they are without money as well.
