Are you saying erhc's condition wasn't caused by a combination of:
Bad management of $45 million in cash
The issuance of toxic convertible debt that lead to massive dilution, 1:100 reverse split, followed by further issuance of toxic debt and another 3 billion shares of dilution
Bad luck of another dry well in Kenya to add to all the failures in the JDZ
If that is your case, I'd say the facts strongly disagree with it.
