The truth of the matter is, FLES needs capital to settle debt. If the company can't get the capital from institutional investors or banks, they turn to the public market for capital.

From their Q1 performance, it appears they are performing acceptably well - considering they moved their point of sales position away from Amazon. I mean, moving away from Amazon could have been a make it or break it move on part of FLES, just based on the captive audience Amazon has. But like I mentioned earlier, their proprietary site has performed surprisingly well since they've moved away from Amazon.

They are still a growing business. I think they will do well. It's just not a quick flip at this point. I'm a little hopeful we will have a nice Christmas, but looking like an investment that will see returns next year for me.

Dude, Show a little restraint and go talk to the man, I would if I was able to get to Vegas. I will definitely stop by if and when I can get there, and all of us would appreciate your opinion after a visit. It would increase my perception of you 100 fold if you could set emotion aside and go have a face to face conversation with him. Not that my opinion of you matters in the slightest. Just Do It!
