Issue Press Releases with verifiable lies and misstatements of material facts, make phony acquisitions, have a stock that is absolutely worthless, yet still defended tireslessly by people on iHub that they have tremendous potential.

Check the track records of companies that share that common bond. I'm sure you are familiar with the chain of command for this type of "real" company.
