See how easy? When you have a willing partner, willing because there's no other good choice, you just essentially convert debt owed into equity (that will never be cashed in) and voila! Your equity has gone up... if Nasdaq doesn't look closely or doesn't care, problem solved... of course that does not obviate the need for mucho actual cash to come in monthly... All IMO :-)
