Nio-Star has closed on the financing previously announced in its news release of June 29, 2017 by concluding definitive agreements with RP Capital Group Inc. (RP Capital). Pursuant to those agreements, RP Capital has agreed to provide Nio-Star with a loan of up to C$250,000, some of those funds having already been advanced.
