I thought with the multiple of warrants/shares increase as the equity increases the strike price falls? So strike price of a 2.1b company valuation would be higher than one with 5b valuation.

Also is that $60/warrant include the warrant/share multiple? Eg, at exercise will we see multiple shares for each warrant x $60? Thanks
