IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, That Judgment is entered in favor the Third-Party Plaintiff TK Investment, Ltd. and against Defendant VOIP-Pal.com, Inc., on the claim of
Unjust Enrichment, in the amount of $84,000.00, plus pre-judgment interest from January 29, 2019 in 20
the amount of$3,456.53 (calculation attached as "Exhibit 1").

This is where is says voip has to pay. $84,000.00 + $3,456.83
