The only connection I could find was his 21% control position of stock. Last page of this Q report. But as CEO, Johnson had no reason to pass the buck to Strickler who is just an insider and holds no position in the company.

Back in May it was found that he was mistakenly noted as CEO but that report was subsequently mover to "inactive" at OTC Markets.

Replied to Doug and requested Kent’s email but have not heard back.

What’s going on here/ what’s up with these guys? The deal fall through? Is Kent taking over?
