it goes without saying that how we close tomorrow will set the tone for next week

again, I like the long horizontal structure in the regular VIX for all of 2019

but now we getting close to end of year, we are at low end of this long range...

odds favor a move back up to 23 in regular VIX, and then in my opinion it will Pop above it and break out this time....
