Yes, Kim said he thought $4 would be the criteria used to uplist at the ASM. He also used 1 for 20 as an example. The $1 minimum is true ... I can’t imagine having to be concerned about that.

Other companies get warning letters from the exchange. The company can pop the price above $1 with news if they have it or RS to stay listed. They are given a timeframe to comply.
