I also noticed that there is an additional 200k shares of RCAT that appears to have showed up as non restricted since the RS. That concerned me also that they may be going to do the same thing Read did to us all over again. That is part of my concern also since that is a ton of shares under this current structure to dump on the market with almost no volume if they did.
