Wow- that non-dilutive financing has just reinvigorated me a little here - obviously I want to here from company as do we all- about the meat of what’s under the hood.
But here is what we know- Patrick King becomes a large shareholder - .005 per share. He then allows for the connections to his facilities and certain other partnerships or MJ subsidiaries he’s involved with. Clearly -not all.
But now we are finding out - that the ones connected are most certainly of value and that King is playing potentially a larger role than folks may have initially thought.

Our visionary leader, Patrick was enamored with cannabis as medicine early on in his life. The art of cultivating a flower that was clean and pure for the patient became his passion. Since cannabis had not legally been recognized at the time as medicine, Patrick stayed focused on legal businesses, building subdivisions through his development company, King Family Homes. Almost as if it was fate... others noted his gift for producing healthy, sun-grown plants in a super-soil of his own creation... and they all wanted his assistance. Like any great entrepreneur, Patrick saw the need and the Soil King was born.
Over the next ten years, Patrick monetized his gift through his companies but never lost sight of his reason for sharing the secrets to cultivating beautiful medicinal cannabis and never lost sight of his love for the community of Cloverdale. Even as indoor, manipulated agriculture gained in popularity, Patrick was firm in advocating sun-
grown, small farmed cannabis and that whole plant development have become our mission today at Seed2Soul.
Patrick is usually ahead of the market curve when it comes to the knowledge and benefits of different cannabis derivatives. This, combined with a very successful media platform, TV shows, social media and his own production company... have made him a widely known and trusted public figure in cannabis. Locally we enjoy the full support of Cloverdale and Sonoma County-based largely upon the gravitas of Patrick as a public figure with integrity and pure intentionality. Although obviously, with Patrick at the helm, we open many doors in the supply chain... the voice of our founder reigns in all of our decisions. “We are changing the world, one plant at a time.”
David Samson
An original co-owner of Seed2Soul, Dave started out with an entirely different goal; growing up, dreaming of being an educator. After teaching for many years, receiving his Master’s degree from Berkeley, he became a school principal. Being a school administrator brought him great joy, but after nearly 20 years in education, the opportunity to work in luxury real estate was one he could not pass up. Dave built a team ranked in the top 1% of California and attributes that success to his drive, communication skills, experience in research, leadership and education. Dave’s business and leadership acumen has been honed on other successful ventures, such as Brut Bottling; a bottling line based in the Napa Valley and Alpha Exchangors; a 1031 Exchange and Creative Wealth Solutions company. When Dave met Patrick he was touched by the gentle, honest passions of “The Soil King” and Pat's vision for Seed2Soul and immediately knew a mutually loving and productive partnership was afoot. Dave’s market knowledge and experience empowering others through opportunity perfectly combines with our Seed2Soul values that cherish the relationships around us. Dave’s is proud to work hard to make all those around him successful and never (OK… rarely)... losing sight of his role as a husband, father, son, brother, and friend... Tim Wells
Tim brings decades of executive experience to Seed2Soul as a process driven professional that strives for team results, with a strong background in financial business process, business development, market analysis and sales.
As Seed2Soul's Chief Financial Officer, Tim is committed to the successful execution of fulfilling the company's mission of helping local farmers mitigate market risk, reduce operating costs and increase productivity and profits by using our highly acclaimed programs and manufacturing and distribution services. Tim's core competencies are built around Cannabis VC funding, Angel investment, Fortune 500 deployments, B2C and B2B Sales, emerging technologies, networking, data center, virtual technology, archive storage strategies and channel management.
Tami Cramer
Tami is the heart of the Seed2Soul operation and brings extensive organizational skills and community-oriented expertise to everything we do. After graduating from UC Davis with two degrees; one, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and the other, a Bachelor of Arts in History, Tami took it to the next level graduating from Empire School of Law and working as a paralegal for Fluss & Skelton Law Firm in Sonoma County. While there she drafted an appellate brief concerning worker’s compensation issues for the California Supreme Court. Tami is currently completing her Master’s degree in Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco.
In addition to her legal experience, Tami was employed as the Chief Professional Officer for two local Boys & Girls Clubs for over 6 years, fostering positive attributes into children’s lives. If that wasn’t enough, Tami has extensive community volunteer experience, serving as the President of Valley of the Moon Little League, President of Sonoma Valley Youth Football & Cheer, volunteering her time with the high school wrestling program and the local club & high school swim programs. Tami is married with seven children and nine grandchildren. She wears many hats with Seed2Soul and draws upon her deep and broad skills and experience for all of our work.
Mark Taylor

All of his work stems from him being an advocate for the benefits of cannabis. For our management team, Michael’s experience in working fast-paced environments, with multiple roles to perform; being flexible and willing to put in the time and attention needed to accomplish goals makes him another asset to our growing business.
Nick Stathatos
Born and raised in the Bennett Valley of Sonoma County, Nick achieved the honor of Eagle Scout the same year he graduated high school. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Nick has a degree in Industrial Design with an emphasis in visual communication. Nick has been active and involved in the cannabis community for more than fifteen years. His passions include dogs (he has a Staffordshire Terrier rescue and donates to local rescues) and scuba diving (he’s been on dives up and down the coast of California, in Hawaii, the Caribbean and Mexico).
