HandHeld Entertainment Inc. (ZVUE) acquired FunMansion.com for $1.1 million in cash and notes.

The San Francisco-based provider of digital media-to-go said it will pay $350,000 in cash at closing, $150,000 in cash over 12 months and a five-year $600,000 note convertible to common stock.

HandHeld said FunMansion.com has averaged about 1.5 million unique visitors per month.
