That's exactly what he's doing. He is staying until the new CEO is announced.
I'm sure that between the new highly experienced, totally LEGITIMATE Board Members, Jeb Besser, and Morgan there will be one hell of a great new CEO chosen to take this monster to the next level.
I would expect this announcement to come sooner than later since Tom was announced as CEO of another company dependent on his departure from clok.
