What a complete disaster. Am down from .10 per share. The CEO has been there for over 5 years according to the S1. Absolutely nothing has happened of any positive material improvement to the value of this company.

The S1 shows that even there current money people are bailing on this and are trying to just get their loans back.

Considering selling it all for tax losses.

So dissapointed.
