Likely MMs trying to prop it to draw in more buyers or short covering.

Issue is there is an inventory of shares coming from somewhere no retail has the cost basis to keep selling relentlessly at these levels for months without running out.

Name any otc ticker that had the news LFAP did today would have been a massive breakout the fact that OTCX was undermining the action tells you all you need to know.

News or no news there is a happy seller in this range.

Its no secret who the otc whales are many that were in this early on complained about the supply of shares even when this ran to .26 there was far more shares hidden than what was showing on L2

This was in March right before the April dump.
