I believe that we have invested in a Russian circus instead of a Russian Company.Same as you I have a very bad feeling about the hole matter! No one will trust this company again after this kind of information.

What, take a look at any gas station across America and you will find. Chips, soda, beer, cigarettes, lottery etc. All owned and sold by big oil companies.

Ok they don't produce liquor or beer or chips, they sell it though.

Malyshev looks like an aggressive CEO that's going to take advantage of every opportunity to make money. Take some of that free cash flow and diversify into other areas. I know the market doesn't like companies veering away from their core business. Hey, it's a pinkie folks!

This deal, while not associated with oil appears to be a no brainer. Brand that has been around for a lone time, with distribution in place. They buy it, throw some money in it, build it up. Then sell it for a hugh profit.

While our market cap sits around 60 million now. This company is throwing around 10 million dollar deals left and right. What we don't know is what the company is generating in revenues or profits.

It won't be long until we know all of that. Just knowing what financial information we do says we are worth more than this.

Side note: Eik, my apologies for our differences in the past. One thing going forward is we are on the same team. It's funny how we think many things the same way. Big difference I don't speak Russian. Keep up the work you do and your insights into Russian culture and connecting some of the dots.

Finally, we need to be informed more. They certainly could give us some production numbers. More specifics on some of the prior deals. It would seem they could almost give us information everyday. I understand the concern of many and have them myself. There are many things the company could do to increase shareholder value. Open up the communication lines and share with us Northwest Oil Group.

although on a serious note...

take a peek at what big american oil has bought on whims---

namely george w's gov't;)

And yes, the imperial oil's of the world do own all kinds of unrelated businesses. And it's very trendy in russia to buy western luxury brands--TVR sports cars, now vodka. (Although i still think whoever wrote the pr is playing games...with our wallets.)
