OTC markets are always known to post these promo symbols (even when there isnt) but HRAL doesnt have one. If I ever would have expected one it would have been monday. I didn't know HRAL had a promo symbol but if they did, its gone now and to have OTC remove it means that the company must have addressed it.
I have seen pinkies get hit with promo warning and the only way to remove it is to have the company issue a pr or statement. Not a word from HRAL, so that tells you something
