Another great piece of intel! Can’t wait! Thanks again!

Other good news. Some investors have been around for so long that they still have only certificates for their shares. They’re not held by a broker. They’re counted in the total outstanding shares, but they can’t effectively trade them. That will keep the float locked some too.

That is exactly why it was so easy for CLSI to run up over 400% from lows to highs in only 3 trading days recently. The real float is very low. When the stop sign is removed and filings hit CLSI should run up to the .20 to .50 range soon after IMO. I am also glad Liz confirmed the same to you as so many other shareholders here that the new company will not change the ticker symbol and they wanted to IPO to the big boards but decided to go this route.

This could be perhaps the best part of the conversation you had with Liz today. This is exactly why it was so easy for CLSI to run up over 400% from lows to highs in only 3 trading days recently and had ran 250% in a single day prior to that. The real float is very low. When the stop sign is removed and filings hit CLSI should run up to the .20 to .50 range soon after IMO. This could be perhaps the best part of the conversation you had with Liz on 10/30. This is exactly why it was so easy for CLSI to run up over 1000% recently. The real float is very low based on the OTC site reduced OS and DTC numbers but I think it is much lower than that. That is why I expect dollars ahead for patient shareholders. I honestly think the real float is a lot less than the approx. 70 million shares we see on the OTC site. We trade more like a 40 million share floater.

Other good news. Some investors have been around for so long that they still have only certificates for their shares. They’re not held by a broker. They’re counted in the total outstanding shares, but they can’t effectively trade them. That will keep the float locked some too.
