That will be the responsibility of the new company taking over the shell. They’re doing all of the filings. I would guess they would throw the PR in there too.

No she can not the new company is the only company that can issue CLSI news going forward!

As soon as it is removed , she can PR what's going on --if she so chooses--if she still has authority to do so--
