The whole company has to merge in order for "TRDX" to perform/continue to perform the projects summarized on the temporary TRDX site at http://www.wisinfo.com.tw/trdx.htm. The summary here is an extract from http://www.wisinfo.com.tw/tl.htm.

Something I noticed just now further gives me confirmation. The temporary TRDX site now has a link added for the valve sub, Hao Gang Technology Co., Ltd. a/k/a Valand Industrial. That link was not there prior to today.

Also, Hunt Electronics is NOT a sub-co to Dazheng Longding a/k/a DC.
