$RNVA - Lagan explained that the Company's 10-Qs should be filed within the next couple of weeks, including their third 10-Q which is due by November 14th. "You do get a five-day extension, but really by mid-November I'd like to see the Company all filed, up-to-date, and with our financial information out there and available to investors," said Lagan.
