From the latest sec filing:
"In October 2006, the Company issued 225,000 shares of common stock and 150,000 warrants with an exercise price of $0.85 per share expiring on October 20, 2008 and paid $75,000 to a consultant for services to be rendered."
Now mysscat, please tell us all of us that you can see NO connection with Lebed, Tri State, Onyx Consulting and Bocx.

There is nothing secret about any of this. It is all spelled out in the disclaimers or filings and this is getting absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE put me on ignore because the truth obviously irritates you.
