Seriously? Liz was the owner of the company with her husband. They still have the same company. The Wolfson's owned the CLSI shell they just sold. They had it since the late 1980's and never ever did a reverse split and never diluted any shares. CLSI is a clean shell for the merger and the DD as been here for many weeks if anyone wanted to do some DD! Name a single stock big board or penny stock that did not dilute or have a RS! Even most big boards do it all the time. Then name a stock that reduced the SS by almost 150 million shares during the past 10 years. CLSI did!
