To get SEC current they send a form 10 to re-register with the SEC, then a bunch of 10-Ks and 10-Qs to get current. They wouldn't use OTCIQ.

I do know they were to get the removal of the stop sign and get the SEC current on our filings!

Those are two different things. Reports to Disclosure are needed to get Current Info. Filings to Edgar to get current on SEC filings need more than simply posting insufficient financials. First, they have to reregister as a reporting company.

I thought we had this matter cleared up.
