They also noted there's ~ 14,000 NamasteMD patients due for their annual check in, which presents an opportunity for conversion to cannmart w/ increased product selection + oils now.

If they can convert 5-10% or 15-20% of those patients to cannmart it should have a nice impact.

Sounds like NamasteMD has a lot of patients utilizing the service. Those 14k are only the ones due for renewal next qtr.

Namaste needs to find a better way to monetize NamasteMD users as the service is currently free, imo

I think they should consider offering NamasteMD as a free service to those patients who choose to shop at cannmart, but if they choose another LP, those patients should be charged a small consultation / renewal fee consistent with the market.

They need to offer some sort of incentive to be loyal cannmart shoppers, and a disincentive if they choose to shop elsewhere.

Just a thought, I got get meni on the phone.
