Ally having a $35 target...down from $49...I was thinking MMJ spin off Bank and Corporate SS

54 Million Ally shares 31 million J105 ENTI and I can't decide 20.4 Million DUTV A shares or 20.4 Million PTEL and 11 million ENTI A shares = 116.4 Million


116.4 million - 10 million cert shares for REIT = 106.4 Million give or take a few million. I am kinda thinking 6 million have to go "poof' = 100.4 Million

So let see...how to get to $35

$35 / 333 = .105 / 87 = .0012

Though $250,000,000.00 / 6 million = $41.66 per

Lets see... 100 million X 5% = 5 million

I suppose 1 million will be cheap...
