I agree. I don't think it's all dilution. Sonim has conference call tomorrow, ldsr RS finally went through. I believe for one or more reasons management is gagged. If someone is buying up shares above 5% mark, they have 10 days to file notice. The daily volume has been crazy. I think there convertible notes that needed to be paid off totaled $120,000. The odd thing about those two notes was that the company had to pay them off in shares not cash. Maybe a buyout in the works based on certain milestones. Remember they have 7 patents pending, a phone in the final stages of testing. A wide range of corporate connections, and two management team members with the highest security clearance level. This is far from over.
