Here's something interesting. On 09-06-19 an Amended List was uploaded to the state page. (Why, I'm not sure) It showed the old Management Staff, with George Roth as President.
On another list was uploaded. This one showed Corionne Washington as President, effective on 09-06-19. That is one day after the SEC Doc.
