However Spin-off got my attention. FINRA, SEC and DTCC can't control a spin-off. IMHO

25.99 Billion or so is 86.63% or so of 30 Billion. Ally had insider interest at 87% for ENTI on a 300 Billion Market Cap 1.4 Billion shares and over 11 Billion in sales.

The past does not carry into the future. Forget whatever "good numbers" you may read about. They're meaningless. All anyone in this ticker can hope for is to have Hudson put out some nonsense that attracts buyers to move the sp up. Then, watch as it all unfolds and goes back down.
