Companies have been doing just fine disseminating necessary information to shareholders long before OTC Markets came up with the "OTCIQ". Shareholders need a pr or reports to OTC Markets Filings and Disclosure section to remove the stop sign. Attorney Letters have been filed long before the OTCIQ, as well.
