The speed of things isn't in WSFT's control it's the OTC that does all the verification of financials and attorney letter and with their backlog it takes time. Once thing for sure is with this share structure cheap shares will not be available much longer under $4. Wikisoft has the potential for substantial revenues or a buyout by a major company either way the $8 historical high will be a memory in the near future imo.
