Agreed, my quietness is related to Matt stating the closings wouldn’t be to the end of December, so if things move along faster great, but my anticipation is until the closings and S1 are in play, to just forget about this for awhile. Will say if they close and move this along in next two weeks that would be great.
Unfortunately they are going to file the S1 without the closings causing delays now and in the future.... it’s what they do......
