If the 8k is legit and true .

It's not like the investment firm(Gabriel) is just giving that money from there account.
Most are lending the investment money from there bank .

So that's why we need that bank guaranty from HSBC.
Gabriel is trying to lend the money from HSBC to invest in KPAY

So Edwin stated they (HSBC)already agreed on that ,if true.
The local bank can only give KPAY the money if they can draw down from the credit line HSBC is offering.

So big question ,was there already a approved draft of that credit line.
