Seriously??? Funds don't do Private Placements...only accredited investors....have you read PRED's Financials...have you observed the deep pocketed accredited investors behind this company?

All FUNDS and INSTIUTIONS aquire shares on the open market 99% of the time..from AAPL, TMO, and on and on.....FACT.

Funds will do secondaries if/when available.

Once on the NASDAQ, PRED could do a secondary at $10-20 if they need to from some friendly funds/instititutions and they will certainly push the price higher from their buy point.
