Why are you asking? Create a panic? Look at traded shares since end of September when filing stated there were still 303 million. Total shares must be less than 714 million assuming every share sold was dilution which we know isn't the case. My best guess is 370 million shares outstanding based on the need to convert loans totaling $120,000.
