The PR from PRLOG was issued on Oct 23rd. What do you mean by it was issued 'hours later'? The PR from NewsCorp was issued today Oct 28th.

I think both PRs maybe fake! on first PR which was published on 10/23/2019 the contact was @ questcorp.com when the website itself was created on 10/24/2019!!! looks like someone has created the questcorp.com just in case of any inquiry about 1.3 billion company claim RM! We need to see some real contact, filings.....

Why would Xin Shi needs to make such huge inside information available to the public on non official newswires when the shell is nvsos revoked and no current filings!

Let's see some real filing or 8K like all other change of control and reverse mergers shells to confirm such LOI!
